Brewing Instructions
For best results:
Hot water temperature: 96 C (205F)
Steeped Coffee Bags -
1. Place Witch Coffee bag in your cup
2. Pour 150ml (5 oz) hot water into your cup, making sure the bag is fully immersed in the water
3. Allow bag to infuse for up to 5 minutes for maximum strength (dunking bag will assist infusion)
4. Squeeze bag prior to lifting from cup
Drip Coffee Bags -
1. Tear along the dotted line at the top of the filter bag
2. Pull the hangers and hook them over the edge of the cup
3. Pour hot water over the ground coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then, slowly add the remaining water in 15-second intervals until you reach 150ml (5 oz).

I WAS MINDBLOWN AT THE TASTE!!! It's definitely worth every cent. I've had nothing like this before. Very unique and satisfying blend. Definitely comparable to a specialty coffee using superior gourmet beans that would normally cost a fortune at the shops.

It was a bit of a risk ordering Gold Label because the price point is a little higher than the other blends (thankful for taster packs!) however I was super stunned at just how delicious this coffee was! I'm normally a big fan of specialty cafes (not generic coffee shops that use the same beans) and can I just say, this is on par if not better than the unique $7 long blacks I've tried at these shops. The way that the made 100% Arabica beans taste so special and unique is just beyond me! It must be a secret blend they're working with! I'm definitely going to include this Gold Label in my coffee routine when I'm feeling a little luxurious.

This is sophisticated coffee perfection in the simplest form. It's beyond my wildest imagination how such a deliciously tasting coffee could come out of a coffee bag. Everything from the peach, chocolatey and cherry flavours to the satisfying mouthfeel, tempting aromas just transforms my kitchen into a luxury retreat... seriously a holiday in a bag. It has a very rich, complex and barista-quality taste that you'd expect from an expensive classy restaurant
The Gold Label coffee bags are a little pricey compared to the others but TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Tastes just like a freshly brewed coffee using a fancy coffee machine ... you honestly couldn't tell the difference.

As a coffee connoisseur (barista for 12 years when I was young) who is extremely picky about my coffee brews, I was blown away and extremely impressed by the incredible flavours and complexity these coffee bags had to offer. I could tell that these were crafted by coffee experts, because of the incredible detail that was put into the ratio of coffee beans from each coffee region, that made up the unique and luxurious flavour and tasting notes that is impossible to get with any other coffee bag.
