To process your order, we need to know your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and PayPal e-mail address or Credit Card details (if payment is made via Credit Card). This information is used to complete your order, including payment and shipping, and to notify you of your order status. Note that we DO NOT store credit card details. Payment via Credit Card is processed directly via the credit card service provider: 2Checkout.com

E-mail addresses are collected and used to notify you about the status of your order and shipping information. We at WITCHCOFFEE.COM do not rent, trade or sell your personal data to third parties. Third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to report on ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to WITCHCOFFEE.COM. In addition, we occasionally offer a free newsletter through WITCHCOFFEE.COM used to keep you informed of specials and newly-arrived items. To request the deletion of your data from Witch Coffee, please email us at support@witchcoffee.com. We will remove your user account and all associated data from all of our systems, including our e-commerce platform and any third-party mailing platforms, such as Mailchimp. We will also unsubscribe you from any emails and newsletters.
