Brewing Instructions
For best results:
Hot water temperature: 96 C (205F)
Steeped Coffee Bags -
1. Place Witch Coffee bag in your cup
2. Pour 150ml (5 oz) hot water into your cup, making sure the bag is fully immersed in the water
3. Allow bag to infuse for up to 5 minutes for maximum strength (dunking bag will assist infusion)
4. Squeeze bag prior to lifting from cup
Drip Coffee Bags -
1. Tear along the dotted line at the top of the filter bag
2. Pull the hangers and hook them over the edge of the cup
3. Pour hot water over the ground coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then, slowly add the remaining water in 15-second intervals until you reach 150ml (5 oz).
